Yum not working after using disablerepo=*

I needed to install wireguard -tools on the pbx, but it has dependency on python3, and there is python36u installed on distro, so I’ve tryed to install rpm without dependencies. and run
yum --disablerepo=* install wireguard.rpm

It failed though, but now i have a huge problem. After that running yum --enablerepo=* through an error

It also gives this message before repo error:
This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.

What i’ve noticed, that somehow releasever changed OS to CR, and I can’t find where it comes from. I think it is some sort of Sangoma security check for unregistered distro’s, but I have a registered system.

Howe should I reregister or how can it be resolved?
