Backup : ftp not working

I have test that ftp is working since I can ftp manually and log in correctly
I do not want to change directory

I have tried putting the correct ftp path, not putting any path, putting a slash at the end, no slash, create a directory inside with the name of the backup.

nothing is working. is it a bug or I am doing something wrong?
