Extension Issue

Anytime I enable voicemail on any extension it automatically deletes that extensions secret. I can not add/change/edit the secret until I disable voicemail. I have disabled voicemail on all extensions, verified the voicemail.conf file is clean. Has anyone else experienced this issue or should I complete a bug ticket?
