I have set up 10 extensions and 3 trunks. Two of the trunks are dedicated to certain extensions but the rest of them all use one trunk, including the receptionist. Now every time someone makes an outgoing call, and the other person doesn't answer right away and later calls back, the receptionist has no idea what's going on.
My question is, is there a way or a module to use to register unanswered outgoing calls and in case of calling back, automatically transfer them to the extension, that made the call?
