Cannot start isymphony v3 on SNG7

I am getting errors starting iSymphonyV3 Server in my upgraded server.

FreePBX 14.0.1.24

Here is what is in the debug option in the iSymphony module admin page under the Admin menu. In the options, it says
Connected: NO

I see a few errors in the log, but I don’t really know what they mean.
Failed to lookup core server id

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
